Grenada Community Development Agency (GRENCODA) is a non-governmental development Agency committed to the development of Grenada’s rural communities.  The Agency, located in Gouyave, St. John (one of the rural parishes located on the West Coast of Grenada), exists “to provide guidance and support to rural individuals, families and communities to improve their quality of life. It does this by encouraging people’s participation in community based initiatives, which will build self-reliance particularly among small farmers, low-income workers, women and youth.”

Project Summary

The Maria Holder Memorial Trust will fund three components of a project that focuses on both children in School and within the Community and out-of-school youth through various initiatives.  The project titled ‘Capacity Enhancement of Rural Children and Youth’ will be implemented over a two year period engaging children and youth between the ages of 7 and 28 years.
