The Maria Holder Memorial Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Trust was originally founded by Christopher Holder, SCM, FMC, son of the late Maria Holder, and his brother-in-law, The Honourable Chesterfield Brewster, CHB, FMC.  Christopher Holder, is the Chairman while The Honourable Chesterfield Brewster holds the position of Vice Chairman.
