The Maria Holder Memorial Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Trust was originally founded by Christopher Holder, SCM, son of the late Maria Holder, and his brother-in-law, The Honourable Chesterfield Brewster, CHB.  Christopher Holder, SCM is the Chairman while The Honourable Chesterfield Brewster holds the position of Vice Chairman. The other founding Trustees are Peter G. Symmonds, KC., J.P. and Michael Russell (now retired), Mary Brewster and Colette Brewster were appointed to the Board in December 2011.
