Project Summary
The primary aim of Cancer Support Services is to bring comfort and care to those afflicted with cancer. For the past twenty-two years the organisation has supported and delivered programme initiatives that address the fundamental needs of those affected by cancer, including patients and family members as well as the community at large. Over the next three years, The Maria Holder Memorial Trust funding will assist the organisation in its five key support areas: Counseling, Support and Training; Patient Welfare Programme; PSA Screening; Community Outreach and Education; Upkeep assistance for Ward C12 of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
